ok so today i used the small prawns to do ebi-fry
anybody can teach me how to make my ebi-fry look straight?
they're curling up..

Next time you decide to fry the shrimp, use a wooden stick/skewer to skewer the shrimp straight. You can puncture at the tail end and work your way to the other end without going through. Then proceed to fry. You should get a straight shrimp after frying.
